TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@KEISERCLARK.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND REASON FOR RETURN TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. KEISER CLARK ALLOWS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DELIVERY DATE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.

RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE SIZE AND COLOR YOU WOULD LIKE. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

A FULL REFUND, LESS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST, WILL BE ISSUED UPON THE ARRIVAL AND INSPECTION OF YOUR RETURN. DEPENDING ON YOUR PAYMENT PROVIDER, IT CAN TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUNDED AMOUNT TO POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
